Our Purpose
CPTS is a niche independent consultancy company specialising in the maintenance management of buildings under common ownership. Our ambition is to work with committed Co-owner groups to extend their building lifecycle and enhance asset value through expertly considered proactive maintenance.
We operate within most property industry sectors including residential, commercial, leisure, hospitality, retail and industrial supporting Property Managers, Factors and Co-owner Groups on the technical aspect of building repair and maintenance.
Whilst the company was established initially to serve Co-owned buildings we are delighted to offer our services to various private organisations who require expertise to assist with their technical property maintenance needs.

CPTS Trade Services Network
CPTS operate a trade services network utilising firms of high skillset and knowledge all of whom are adequately insured. Our network of contractors operate to competitively priced set rates for 1000s of specified repair work items. This is to ensure overall good value to our clients in terms of cost and quality.
Guarantees are offered for all permanent repair works carried out by CPTS network contractors, subject to Terms & Conditions.

Our Philosophy
Here at CPTS we strongly believe that careful planning, budgeting and execution of maintenance works over the short, medium and longer terms is critical to achieve a building’s full potential both in terms of performance and value. CPTS offers a niche service which will assist clients in implementing effective maintenance regimes and execute repairs utilising professionally considered work scopes. It is our aim to provide valuable services to our customers to help them meet their building’s full lifecycle potential, prevent premature extensive disrepair and assist longer term decarbonation of the built environment. The phrase ‘all good things must come to an end’ is at the forefront of our minds as of course building materials will inevitably come to the end of their effective lives however we passionately believe that our services assist our customers in maximising the lifespans of their building elements while implementing appropriate plans for major works to be readily undertaken when the time does come through diligent long term cost planning.
